Model of my bedroom
I created this 3D model of my bedroom using SketchUp. It was my first experience with 3D modeling, and I found it both fun and addictive as I added detailed elements to match my actual room. The process began with measuring the space using a tape measure, drafting a hand-drawn blueprint, and then transforming it into a detailed digital model.
Liminal Space
In this project, we designed a liminal space connecting my bedroom to my group member's bedroom, inspired by the openness of airports and the deceptive sky-ceilings of the Venetian in Las Vegas. Our goal was to create a relaxing and expansive space, incorporating large windows for natural light and fresh air. The design includes a bridge between our rooms, leading to a spacious, partially open area with elements like water features and beach-inspired relaxation spots to enhance the calming atmosphere.
